Aeropuertos Argentina 2000

Aeropuertos Argentina 2000 was founded in 1998 with the goal of managing and operating 33 airports within the Argentine national territory, becoming the largest private operator in the world. Their investment projects prioritize safety. In all stages of construction and renovation of the Posadas, San Miguel de Tucumán, and Ezeiza Airports, they worked with Vernassa on the implementation of their fire protection systems in the different terminals.

Fire Protection and Extinguishing

Areas to be protected: Common passenger areas, boarding, private office areas in Posadas and Tucumán. Exterior areas of the airport and control tower in Posadas.

Posadas Airport

This involves the complete installation of the airport’s fire protection network, the construction of the reserve tank, pumping system and pump house, exterior hydrants, control tower protection, installation of three control stations for internal sprinklers, hydrants, and cooling systems. Detection, signage, and evacuation audio.

Tucumán Airport

Reserve tank, pumping system, installation of the internal sprinkler network with four control stations, two control stations for cooling system, detection, signage, and evacuation audio.

Ezeiza Airport

Expansion of the fire protection network with hydrants and automatic sprinklers in the migration area of the new Terminal A. Detection and extinguishing systems with clean gases in technical rooms.
