This proportioning method uses water pressure and a pressure tank equipped with a proportioning controller to generate the foam solution.
These methods automatically proportion foam concentrates for a wide range of volumes and pressures without the need of manual gauging.
These systems are necessary for the use in facilities where the volume vary according to the intensity of the fire and / or when there exists low water pressure or there is no power for the operation of a foam-proportioning pump.
